Our Consultants

Andrew Parsons is a Chartered Engineer, a Chartered Manager, a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, and a graduate of the Manchester Business School and The Joint Services Staff College. He has amassed a wealth of management experience in a 30 year career spanning the public and private sectors, including a spell practicing hands on leadership in operational roles in the Armed Forces. He has been the Managing Director of an organisation with over 600 staff, but also enjoys working in small focussed teams.

Andrew has personally led many change programmes to success, including a complex piece involving 11 operating centres UK wide, hundreds of staff, cultural integration issues and ground-up training requirements. Andrew intimately understands change; he also understands the difference between the leadership of change, and the practicalities of delivering change programmes. He is highly skilled in both.
With his portfolio of qualifications and skills, including PRINCE2, MSP and a raft of IT ticks, Andrew is the perfect choice to lead your change programme or rescue your faltering project.

In addition to Andrew, we employ a number of other carefully chosen consultants for specific pieces of work. We always provide full details of our team to clients before contracts are signed, and our consultants are available for interview.
